Pinching and Head Tightening Feelings

Well These past 3 days I been trying to sleep with nothing and all I got was broken poor sleeps, I wake up at least 3 times a night and now every day I am up I always have pinching pricks in my head and a tightening feeling like my brain is swelling up or something

 

Seriously 3 months out from 1mg of ativan and thing are not getting better, only worse

You are doing great.  I only took 1mg for 11 weeks and I cannot get continuous nights of broken sleep.  Be happy with your progress and it is progress.  You WILL recover.

I keep thinking I will but Even with broken sleeps I feel worse and worse anyways, also the tight head feeling isnt helping, its like my brain is swelling up....Also I checked my BP today and it was 139/101, top one is close to bad but bottom is always high for some reason

For some reason when I get some sleep over 3 hours I have a lot of anxiety the next day.  When I don't sleep or hardly sleep I don't have the anxiety.  Not sure why?  You will recover and get better.  Think Positive if possible

Also what I been having is foods not tasking right or when Im eating hot foods it seems hotter and cold foods seem alot colder
