Help please on cross over from lorazepam to valium

How would I do a cross over from .2 Lorazepam to Valium?

I wouldn't.  At .2mg of Lorazepam (Ativan), a few more cuts will take you to a point where you could be through tapering.  Unless you mean 2mg of Lorazepam...that might make a crossover worth the effort.

Then could you suggest on how I taper from here down.

I'm getting to the point where I could please use help on reducing the rest of the way.

I use liquid compounding lorazepam solution.

Can someone help draw up a plan.

I have been tapering from 0.5 for 10 months.

1)  I agree that at .2mg lorazepam, I definitely would not try to do a crossover to V.

 

2)  What is the concentration of you liquid (mgs per ml) ?  I need to know that to help you make a plan.
