I have eaten 500 gr of chocolate with spices

Cinamon, ginger....

It was delicious

But a terrible Tinnitus is back

Horrible

I have 2 Boeing engines in my ears

Food is my trigger for waves. I ate five salted caramel chocolates tonight and ended up bedridden from symptoms (mostly stomach related but also rapid pulse and overheating). I recover quicker now when I slip up with food though so maybe I'm healing?
