Couple of things to share

So.  I am cleaning my den.  Remove all books from my bookshelf to clean and clean behind it.  First time in way too long.  Anyway, what do I find but a stash of 90 Xanax pills!  Not so shocked really.  So...last Sunday I took 1/2 mil.  I slept well, yes.  However, I could actually feel the poison running through my body.  No kidding!  Really folks, what were we thinking.  I can't believe I did that to my body for so long.

 

Yesterday I was talking with a chiropractor.  I told him I had been on 13 years and off over two years now.  He expressed surprise I could get off!  I actually felt proud of myself.  We all should be very,very proud of ourselves.  Never give up!

If I were you, I'd get rid of the stash immediately.  Xanax is a very addictive drug, and one's body doesn't forget that, even after two years.

Yes.  I have.  I understand it is more a dependence than an addiction, although either way, it must stop.
