HEY BB,

 

I had a minor set back I think to fault of my own. So with the holidays I had a glass of wine on Christmas Eve. Than yesterday on Christmas. I really fucked up. I had 2 glasses of wine and a beer. I woke up this morning with so much anxiety. I was dizzy all day. To the point where I was bed for the entire day. It's been hell. I know it was stupid to do this so early. However, I guess because of the holidays I felt it was alright. Anyone else go through this stuff?

Yep - you're just not far out enough from your jump.  I can't drink without feeling sick for days after and can't 2 days in a row and can't mix.  Now you know and you'll feel better soon.  It's just a lesson.  I know it is very depressing to abstain around the holidays.  WBB
