You're not alone. I'm struggling today as well. panic, heart palpitations, dizzy, weak body, foggy head, anxiety, tense body, and fear. I'm praying we find some relief soon.

Intrusive thoughts is the constant stream of thoughts that benzo WD puts into our minds and we cannot stop. For me there are constant flashbacks to conversations I had 30 years ago where I wish I had said something different to people who are dead now. Or people I have not seen in 20 years. Also suicide ideation is a big one I get and I know I would never go through with it. I try to push them out of my mind but eventually I have to let my mind rest, like when I'm trying to go to sleep, and then bam there they are again. It is constant regret and insanity that never goes away.

This summed up intrusive thoughts very well.  Thank you for this!
