Hi

 

Currently very symptomatic on .75 V, mainly anxiety/terror! So will hold for a bit but then want to DLMT, what rate is typical as a starting point?

Down that close to zero the daily cut should be quite small. .. .005mg or  .01mg are common. Taper by how you feel. It sounds like you need to hold.

I tapered .01 daily from .75mg of V. Ran into trouble at .05mg and now reducing by .075 daily. Plan to reduce daily taper to .05 when I get to .30mg.
