I can't get the energy up but at the same time my adrenaline is in overdrive

 

It's a terrible feeling.

Same here. The mixture of those indeed s*ck big time.

This might seem trivial, and it does not solve the problem, but it has

been a necessary mental method in the past 3 years.

 

I would hit the wall every day at some point, and the old mechanisms

would not work.

I learned that I could no longer expect enough energy or motive;

it just had to happen in the larger picture of obligations and survival;

that the car did not need fuel or spark, it just needed to go; and now.

 

Just seems like the old gut check, but it has worked at least a hundred times

when guts would not do.
