Hey bb, I'm 9 months out and my:

 

- Depression improved 65%

- Anxiety improved 50%

- Panic attacks lessened 90% (in severity and frequency)

- Insomnia improved 40% (take melatonin and some other supps. Regularly)

- Ocd & intrusive thoughts improved 50%

- Dp/dr improved 95%

- Suicidal thoughts "none"

- Rage and anger improved 60%

- GI issues improved 60%

- Headaches improved 60%

- Muscle and joint pain improved 60%

- Bodyaches & organ twitches & cramps improved 60%

- Dry eyes improved 70%

- Sinus issues improved 20%

- Tinnitus improved 75%

- Dry skin, burning skin & itching improved 40%

- Movement & vocal tics improved 40%

- Cognitive abilities improved 60% (attention span & short term memory & solving problems) but is still a problem.
