30 months off....

Figure I'd give a 30 month update-I'm still holding really well.  I have physical stuff but nothing mental. I can manage everything right now w zero anxiety, no adrenaline rushes, etc...  I have some head stuff but it's a 2-3 instead of 8 or higher.  No DR.  Been gone except for a few hours in the last few weeks.  Amazing.  Eating more things like chocolate, decaf, Thai food, and if I get revved it's palpsfor a short bit but nothing even close to what it used to be.  Was up to walking two miles a day but apparently that's too much because I got breathing issues and palms so dialed that back.  Still have lots of muscle soreness but it almost feels like normal sore.  Still not quite normal.  Feet and legs really sore but I've been on me feet way more w the rugrat now.  Terrible sleep for several weeks but no intensity of symptoms.

Things still on the suck ass list-headaches, muscle soreness, food sensitivities, eye stuff  and inability to exercise.  All improved but not well enough.

                                Definitely progress.

Oh...the last two weeks included four nights in the hospital for the birth of my daughter and no sleep since then. I was present the whole time. What a gift.

Congratulations are certainly in order!

By the way, what eye stuff do you have left?

Posted
Hard to explain the eye stuff besides light sensitivity.  It's almost like it hurts to keep them open and look at things.

But no double vision, flat vision, inability to watch movies etc?

Congratulations! And congrats on the new birth, awesome! So happy for you.

May I ask when did you start notice big improvement for adrenaline surges/ , dp/dr to go away? or improved?

I am 5 months out and I think I am in acute. Even thought, I notice moments of improvements but I have the adrenaline surges and dp/dr every single day. It come and go. Month 1-3 was hard but I think month 4-5 was harder for me.

Adrenaline surges we're a bitch.  They really dropped off about 18 months.  They came and went for the next six months but only visit now if I overdo something g like exercise or caffeine.

Do and dr can still hit but it's way less and I'm mostly clear headed.  Any bad stuff except my headaches seems to only last a few days at most but usually only a day or less now.

Hey, Drew, CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Like you, my symptoms are much improved but not good enough! Am trying coffee again, but I have problems because my bp doesn't like it! Dang, and it helps the cog fog (from the pills) so much!

Oh, what a wonderful thing, being a father!!
