Do you guys get this to or still have it ? Why does this happen ? Does it get any better? Is this normal ? So many questions for these crazy symptoms. Sorry I'm a little nervous. :o

You and are both at 1 month! I've had brain fog since the beginning and I just started having serious DP. Both are horrible feelings. My physical symptoms are getting better but the psychological ones have just hit me hard. Sometimes they cause the physical symptoms to return.

I'm sorry to here that  :( The DP/DR are horrible symptoms but we are 1 month in. So that is to be expected. The brain is tough, it just has to repair itself. I'm convinced this is just part of the process.

All very normal for both of you. It's all very scary and if you weren't nervous aboUT you'd be the exception. Dp is very scary, feels as if you may have gone over the edge. Remember it's just a symptom and you are all right. Keep busy, exercise, eat well and rest as best you can. Some physical symptoms can exacerbate mental ones. For exaple, until I realized what it was, gas moving, or food moving in my stomach would make me very nervous, it'd go it'd to panic made every time. Then it d to noticed this happened every time I ate a huge meal. Called it for what it is, a symptom, nothing more. Don't get me wrong g, there are those times that despite every effort, I can't sleep, or I can't stop being nervous, the only thing I've found to help is vitamin c overload. It helps flush cortisol, which can keep you up at night, or make you feel nervous during the day. Peace

Why does this happen ? <=> I'm a little nervous.

That's why it happens. It's your brain's protection mechanism so to speak.

This is the worst symptom and even when I'm not nervous it is still there. Is that normal still ?

Yes, that's perfectly fine. That symptom is tedious because it doesn't go away immediately after its cause (the intense anxiety) does -- that is why you still experience it even though you might not feel that anxious.

dpdr is caused by anxiety. anxiety is caused by benzo withdrawal. in my experience i think the brain fog is from excess glutamate activity in the brain.
