WINDOW

Had the best sleep in so very long last night.  What a BLESSING.  Had to get up 4 or 5 times to go to bathroom which was ridiculous but was able to go back to sleep.  Who knows what tonight brings?  I slept in the bed and did not have to go to recliner as I often do, sometimes never being able to sleep in bed. Cannot lie flat cannot breathe but that was going on before benzos.  It is not flat for a long time has been inclined.

I have had a huge open window today.  As I looked at the sky, I realized I was thinking how long will it last instead of enjoying it.  I am mainly dealing with physical pain as I did an assessment.... canker sore in mouth, back hurts from recliner and fall I had Sunday night, and sore toes that could have been broken from fall and hitting foot.  xray showed they were not broken just badly bruised and given a special shoe to help pain.  My first fear was will I have to have an operation.  Anesthetic... cannot be given a benzo... ugh.  I am thankful and BLESSED.

WAVE

Get ready, here comes a wave.....

Try to be brave.

Stand up or sit down.

Don't worry you won't drown!

It won't last forever,

You will, however, have to be clever.

It will take courage

Let Benzo Buddies encourage.

Do your best

Try to rest.

Breathe slow

Sooner or later will go.
