Please can someone give me any positive words - no hope

I have lost my perspective, my optimism.  I have had 2 nights of extreme painic.  I fear and feel I will never get well.  Very tired... exhausted... depressed...

With the passing of enough time, you will heal completely. It is not a question of if, it's a question of when. Please hang in there, you are going through a bad wave and it will pass eventually and you'll have relief, eventually the waves that hit you will start to become smaller - until the sea becomes a still, peaceful pond. You will recover.

It will get better.  I feel great. 23 months off.  For the first three months, I was sure Harry Potters dementors were sucking my soul right out of body.  Now, I come back and read so I remember and do not minimalize what I went through.  You are not alone.  It sucks but it does improve.  Try and hold on.  It is most certainly worth it.  Be well.

Tell yourself you are doing fine and you are doing what you can. Find anything to divert your mind.

Everyday you are off that is one more day of healing. Pretty soon those days will add up and you will find that the symptoms are more manageable .

You'll get better and feel normal again I promise. It happened to me so I know. Unfortunately I made the mistake of taking xanax for a short period of time recently and I am in wd again. It was stupid of me and you don't ever have to do what I did so please don't ever! A few years ago I suffered for 8 months of wd from Ativan. Gradually all symptoms went completely away. They will for you too I promise. Hang in there and you will get your life back. And when you do, stay far far away from it. I should have. But what's done is done and at least I didn't take it too long and I know I will be well again. Get some rest of you can. Watch funny stuff on YouTube. Laughing helps!
