Only med that I have tried that alleviates symptoms some

 

It doesn't completely take it away but takes edge off

 

I take 300 mg three times a day.  Refuse to go higher. I know one day I will have to taper this

i have a lot of exp with ganapentin/neurontin

it helps in genral but comes with some side effects

i use it for sleep only at 600-1200mg currently.

i found that quitting is fairly easy with minor symptoms
