Has anyone tried Benadryl for itchy skin? It's been recommended to me to use Benadryl on my Eczema for the itching and I was wondering if anyone has tried this and if it's affected your withdrawal symptoms?

I use diphenhydramine (benadryl) for sleep, used it all through withdrawal, and had no problems with it.  :thumbsup:

Thank you SO much Megan!  That is really good news. Sometimes I wonder if I'm being overly cautious about things because of the anxiety so it's great to get feedback here at BB.
