totally normal in wd. No need to worry. Will get better. Try to relax, move your shoulders and arms, breathe like a horse, don't force anything just let it be. some love to take something heavy on the chest to relax a warm water bottle or so..

WD is what you feel right now. This is WD. Only WD. WD is hell.

But it will get better, just let your body do what he does right now.

I have had this through out my entire process. I would avoid any meds but that is me. I literally almost choke on food at times even. It is like tiny muscles in my body are cramped and creating that sensation. Hard to breathe, dizzy, major tension....I think cuz those benzos are muscle relaxera and now the muscles are cramped and tense. Hopefully it eases up soon. Just remember you will keep breathing even when it feels like you can't.  That is what i tell myself and it is true.  I am breathing still so I can send this message. :)
