I'm sorry to hear you had a hard time with memories flying up. It is really tough when old memories pop into your mind. I've had a lot of memories related to childhood trauma resurface recently and it is not an easy or fun experience. Benzos can affect our memories and it seems when our brains are healing from benzos old memories might come on more suddenly and strongly. Hang in there, you're not alone!
