When do you not consider your symptoms benzo withdraw?

I'm so sick of this !!!!!!!!!!

It def must take longer then you and me have done so far. If you truly believe your symptoms go beyond WD then you should see a doctor. When I first started the process I was sure I had something else, something medical. I saw multiple doctors and got multiple tests run. Nothing was wrong. But at that time I gave me peace of mind because I was sure I was going to die. If that is how you feel then get checked out. Chances are you may be like me. Then at least you will know.

It is so hard and it has been on me. It is frustrating as shit. That is all we can do for now.

I've also been to many doctors

Been to ER x 4

Inpatient medical x 1.  R/o adrenal insufficiency

All normal

Been to 3 nautropath

Last one costs 495 a visit.  Labwork showed

Very high cortisol and estrogen but doesn't that come with

Withdrawal?

I have also had an inpatient psych stay for suicidal thoughts

I start partial hospitalization tomorrow

I am broke and feel like I'm losing my mind

Please someone tell me I'm not.

I'm not a strong person.

I know how hard this is, it is killing me. I think everyday I'm going crazy. But all we can is ride this thing out. I remember you mentioning you went on suicide watch to the hospital. I know those suicide intrusive thoughts as well. I also am now at 10 months out not a lot different than you. all you can do is post here and unfortunately nothing but time is going to help us. But we know from others experience that it does get better, it is all a matter of time.

The symptoms you are having match mine too. I hope you feel better soon.

I find that hard to believe . Anyone who isn't strong would l have not made it 8 months in this hell. You are strong and stronger than you think. You aren't losing your mind this is just your brain healing itself l it's hard to wrap our heads around such an insane experience especially when we feel we are insane.  I feel like am losing my mind or have already lost my mind every day. Some days are worse and some are better but the feeling of madness is a constant for me.

Just ask yourself this. Did you feel this way before you got off your meds! Did you have these symptoms that are similar to medical conditions before withdrawel? If the answer is no ,then you have your answer it is all just your mind healing. If you weren't like this before the. You aren't going to be like this forever . That is logic which is hard to find during this  recovery journey.

I hope you find your inner strength  and get your footing again. Stay strong my friend and never let this beat you!  :smitten:

Reba. I went through that too. Around 18 months off, my mind wouldn't stop racing. I couldn't relax. I ended up checking myself into a hospital. I also ended up in PHP after three weeks in the psych ward.

I started noticing improvements around two years benzo. I just wanted to encourage you to stay strong, remind yourself this is temporary

Hi reba...

Just want to chime in here with my 2 cents...I think you are a helluva lot stronger than you know. I sometimes wondered about my ability to get through this, too and then an inner strength I didn't know existed within me just blossomed. It's called survival and if you are going through this, you are a true survivor in every sense of the word.

Give yourself some credit, you can do this..you have strength you are unaware of and now is the time it will show itself.

You've had many tests, so you can rest assured nothing is wrong with you other than w/d -- even if the doctors don't recognize it, it doesn't mean it's not there. Unfortunately, most docs know very little, if anything about benzo w/d.

Keep us posted on how you're doing!  Blessings to you....~CeCe        :smitten:
