I really really did it to myself. Look I'm not gonna lie, I've had amazing Windows and when I do I have coffee sometimes. It's never given me a bad reaction, maybe it affects my sleep at night but the days I don't have coffee, it made no diff sleep wise or not. Sleep is just awful to me right now either way. I guess you can call what I've been experiencing the last few days a "wave" I really don't know anymore. The best way to describe how I feel is by being honest. I feel like crap times 1 million. I sleep and dream and never feel rested. It changes, sometimes I'm better, sometimes I'm not. I work full time and this probably isn't helping, or maybe it the long run it is Bc I have a schedule. Either way I must work, I congrat those of you who don't and, can afford not to but, that's just not me. I feel so tired sometimes I look like the walking dead and have to smile and fake the funk. I felt so dizzy the other day while laying down I didn't sleep well yet again. It just changes but mostly stays the same, dreadful. I woke up today from the day before feeling shaky and I know I shouldn't have even thought of having a coffee.. I struggle everyday accepting the fact that my life right now is like living in jail. I can't do things I used to once do with not even a thought behind it. I think that's the craziest thing about this experience. We have to literally think about everything we do Bc it can have a bad result on our CNS. What we eat, drink, supplements, excersice it's beyond! So I had some cold pressed coffee from some place other then Starbucks and dunkin and now I am legit naseous and felt like I had speed! I didn't drink the whole thing, I probably had 5 sips? I am also burping up basil I had in my sandwich which apparently I'm sensitive to now? I feel like something more is going on with me than WD. How can it be possible that by not taking my meds for three months day in and day out I feel more and more like a stranger to myself? Love K

Cold pressed coffee can have 2-3 times as much caffeine in it than regular old hot brewed coffee.  That could easily explain the nausea, etcetera.  I remember popping no-doze tablets when I was in college and they almost always gave me some mild nausea.  I think you'll be fine in a day or two.

If you want good-tasting coffee but less caffeine, drink espresso drinks like a latte or cappuccino (seriously).  The steam is on the coffee grounds for only around 30 seconds - not enough time to effectively extract the caffeine.  I've even just made a shot of espresso and diluted it with water to make it taste like coffee.  Still has less caffeine than a regular drip-brewed cup.

thats totally right! And hey, you are still - and I know you don't want to hear it - fresh out of WD. But you are able to work, thats amazing. Like you held the dose while tapering, now is the time to hold what you are able to do, even if you feel bad about it, until the next level is ready...

I am... Only 3 months and it's by gods grace I work. I guess if I really couldn't I wouldn't. I'd love to stay home and heal but for how long? Life must go on. It's not easy I have my days. Like I said the hardest thing for me is not being able to do things I did without a thought. Makes you appreciate life. Thanks for the words.  :smitten:
