Hey buddies,

Here I am, in week 8 of no benzos - was on k-pin for about 6-8 weeks maybe of about 1 mg every few days...week 6 and 7 were great, I could feel the healing....this week has been really rough. I know intellectually that this must be a "wave" but I am feeling really discouraged. This morning woke up again to thinking "I can't wait until the evening" and thinking about re-instating (not seriously, but I am seeing my doc tomorrow morning, so it's been a bit on my mind)...

I am doing lots of things for self-care, and some days it feels like nothing is actually happening, that things feel as crappy as when I first jumped...

How do you get through these hard waves and can anyone give me reassurance that this DOES get better? I am really wanting some support here and a reminder that this WILL pass...

I was hoping based on my short-term usage that I'd be feeling more healed.

Warm regards and thanks for being there!!

Hi, sorry to hear you this week been rough for you. What I learn from this afoul experience even you were short time on this drug it can mess you up. How long is everybody different. I would not go back on it if I would be you. But this is my opinion. It would mess you up even more.

Hang in there it will get better, just take time.
