bad wave - 0.22 -> 0.18K

anybody had similar exp. when tapering K (or other). I felt pretty good at 0.22mg K. energy level, mental clarity - then I cut from 0.22 to 0.18, and on the 3rd day (today) heavy wave of dp/dr, tinnitus, and a moderate panic attack before my night K dose (dosing 8pm every day)

could 0.04mg make such big difference.... should i switch to liquid taper, and maybe reduce by 0.01 every week or so after this stabilizes

Yes, you may need to slow down on lower numbers cutting 10% or so.  Perhaps .22 to .20 could have been a gentler cut.  Nevertheless listen to your body and don't rush things.  I had to slow down at .30, and have been tapering for 3.5 months after 4 months use
