Vivid dreams have started at just over 16 months off

For the last 2 or 3 weeks i have been having regular vivid dreams almost every night that i can remember throughout most of the day. There is nothing wrong with this, and i enjoy having these dreams, although occasionally i have a bad dream. The thing is while on benzos and the prior 16 months until now, although i did have dreams, they were no where near as vivid, and i often forgot about them much more quickly after waking up, and when i could remember them they often seemed like a distant memory, rather than something that just happened (like has been happening recently). I really feel this is a big change in things with me and it has co incided with some stronger improvements with the sexual problems.

 

Has anyone else experienced this return of dreaming like this, and was it a sign of being close to full healing?

I am just two months out so I  cannot really tell you what is going on with you but I had vivid dreams in biging of all of this and now I have them again.
