I just started to read the effortless sleep method by Sasha Stephens. Just reading the first page calmed me down and had me giggling. It's good to know that someone has been there done that already and knows exactly how I feel. Check out this book. Love K

I have it in digital format.  It is a good read, but won't help much until you're Gabba receptors are healed.  She got over her insomnia by not worrying about it on a 2 week camping trip.  If we are benzo damaged, which she wasn't, not worrying will not make our sleep any better.

It's true that sleep is def different wether we worry or not.. However I will say it does help me. Keeping a really good sleeping hygiene is important. I still dream and wake up a lot and never feel rested but I don't freak out anymore and just try to stick to her plan.
