Hmm. I have not noticed that but I hope it is. I'm at ten months and I have it really bad. I don't if the sun makes any difference. I do a lot better when I'm around other people. I isolate myself a lot and end up focusing on the bad symptoms including that.

I'm glad you are getting some relief from it when the sun is shining.

I still get DR now but mostly in waves. I find it to be worse while outside in bright daylight. I find it less intense in cloudy weather.

Do you have that different then me?  :-\

Maybe it is by me because of hard light sensibility...Do you have that too?

I was very light sensitive earlier on. I don't feel like I am now but since my DR is worse/ more noticeable during bright days, maybe I still am to some degree. My DR always comes with significant cognitive fog so it's sometimes hard to tell what is causing what.

Great insight! I was having a panic attack the other night because it felt like I was seeing things. Turns out it was from a very faint and soft light in a dark room. The light (what little there was of it) was taking odd patterns in the darkness.

My eyes are so sensitive to light, and light tends to play tricks on my eyes. The same night I turned off the lights and just noticed all the wacky shapes (and my interpretations of) the remaining light plays on my vision.

I hate it. It freaks me out way too often.

So there is people that feels like me.I was thinking that it is very strange symptom and special because of my very short term usd of xanax that light sensibilty would need to go. :(

I think t is eyes problem not so much DP/DR...

I think the light, and even the quality of light can make a difference for our symptoms. I've had to change quite a few light bulbs in my home and my parents had to change some lights in their house because the "blue-colored" florescent bulbs were really bothering me and triggering some intense anxiety. I really need the warmer light that you kind of get with incandescent bulbs. I'm not sure why this is the case but it definitely makes a difference for me.
