In a wave

Has anyone had a bad wave where they think they are back to quare one.... I have had some window's but this is such a bad wave l"m fearing l will never have any more this in itself is making me feel worse can anyone help please Love Katrinax

Hi Kat,

 

I've had plenty, unfortunately. Every single time, I feel like I'm back to square one, and every time I come out of it. It's natural to be afraid, this process is physically and mentally exhausting. I wish I could tell you how quickly your wave will end, I can't, but please know that it will. I'm in a wave myself right now and having to be very gentle with myself and use lots of distractions to keep from spiralling.

Katrinag I know how frustrating it is and definitely the feeling that it will never be any better. We have to ride this thing out knowing that soon we will get better.
