2 months after stopping benzos

I just need a little reassurance. I started taking benzos every day due to a panic attack back in April/March and it took till August to completely taper off. I'm coming up on week 9 after completely stopping and I'm still struggling with anxiety every day. I've had maybe 3 days where I actually felt normal then the next day I wake up and it's there again. I had very very mild anxiety before March and now I have it every day, seems like all day. Does this ever get better? This is the only symptom I still seem to be carrying with me and the crazy thing is I don't even have anxious thoughts just the physical symptoms like in my stomach and chest. I never had anxiety until I was given Xanax and Zoloft two years ago and I only took them for less then a month and had to quit because they seemed to cause more anxiety after they would exit my system. I feel like even that small amount at that time has messed me up forever. Damn drugs.

I am 10 months now and it does get better. Not that I'm doing great but I'm starting to notice that things are going in the write direction. It is kind of too soon to say but i think if you keep going there will eventually be a light at the end of the tunnel. Stay strong and stick it out and we should get there.
