I tend to feel better for about an hour after then I feel a little worse

I couldn't have sex now even if I was with someone  it was hell when I was in unbeknown tolerance withdrawal, so was masturbation  And my symptoms are really bad now so no way forever that's how I feel right now, but will probably be a sex freak when I get a lot better  And others have said they feel worse for it but others that it helps. As long as you feel okay and are happy carry on humping  if not then take a break for a bit and see how you go.

Anyone who can have any kind of orgasm while on benzos is soo lucky. Certainly an orgasm could not hurt, however during an orgasm blood pressure rises, the heart beats faster and breathing intensifies. Normally in a state of bliss we don't even think of these things, and after the deed we sigh happily and everything goes back to normal. You could compare it to a Dr's office stress test. We afflicted ones, have to be aware that  the extra workout our bodies get could bring on anxiety and panic attacks and may not be worth the fun.

Typically it's good for general health to reach orgasm at

least once a week, by whatever means.

Benzo damage creates a medical condition, so I can't say just do it.

My own experience is that orgasms are weak,

but there is no apparent downside.

If there was a downside, I likely would rationalize that the upside is greater.
