5 weeks out and DIZZY

I am 5 weeks off!  Have a rough time but had some real easier times and then 2 weeks ago got an awful DP/DR and head pressure... ya know the band around the head... now I am getting dizzy.... this is the thing that makes everything suck.  Is it normal to get a horrible head 5 weeks out even though I was only on benzos for 3 months.  I kind of think it is normal as I have been on the site but would like to hear your experiences.

The head pressure, and dizziness, unforyunately, was the worst symptom for me, and hung around the longest..it didn't improve for me until around 12 mos..

OH DAMN!  Sorry to hear that... I am hopeing since my small dose and short term use I get lucky and it is short lived!  Glad ya made it through!  Did anything help it?

For me, only time.  I learned to get up slower and hang onto furniture if I was in a floaty/boaty symptomatic time.
