[To...]
I am currently using klonopin to taper off of a high dose of Ambien. I am down to taking .25 in the am, .125 in the afternoon and .5 at bedtime. I am having a difficult time with each cut... Unfortunately this is my third time putting myself through this process. You think I would have learned that any "Z" drug and I do not get along. It's the depression that has me this time - along with occasional anxiety attacks, and muscle aches. I am tapering .125 every 14 days. I feel like I will never get free and feel like myself again.
