Weird eye symptoms

Ok I am freaked out big time!! My left eye gland and lid are swollen and the lower lid is drooping.  It is super strange looks weird. I went a few days ago to Dr prior to lower lid drooping no infection. Dr has no idea... of course. The lower the lower lid drooping is the part starting me most. Has anyone had this?! Did it go back to normal? Could it be the nerves ?

I haven't had that but I have had all kinds of wierd stuff happen on my body. Wierd rashes and random bumps . Mouth sores and one swollen tonsil . Acne come and go.
