3 weeks of benzo free

Hello,

  I am brand new to this so I may need some help., today is my 3 week Mark of being klonopin free. I, like many others had no clue what that nasty drug could do ..I am looking for some insight and some pep talk to how long will I feel rotten?. I have a tightness in my  throat, difficulty swallowing, ringing in my ears, and waves of hot and burning, tingling in my arms and legs., I have off and on crying spells., but I am able to work, drive, and do a little of going out to the stores. I am a wife and mother and a Christian., the main things that have gotten me to this point are family and Faith., I just need a little help on what to expect and for how long maybe.? Please help me. Congrats on being benzodiazepine free. Unfortunately there's no crystal ball that can predict what symptoms one will have or for how long they will have them. To me that is one of the things that makes this process so difficult, the unknown.

 

You might like to check out The Ashton Manual it is an authoritative source on what to expect in withdrawal and recovery.  Dr. Ashton is an expert in the field.
