toxic nap and morning adrenaline surge can not resolve

i had read many forum and many peple from benzo withdrawal

and could not resolve from these symptoms toxic nap and morning

adrenaline surge even past a long time may be more than 1-2years

and who consider had healed and still have these symptoms.may be these forever.i am 7 months and have these everyday.anyone

had this and could be resolved at what time .need advice

Have you had your blood work done? I'm wonderingly if cortisol levels can cause some of this. I get it sometimes too and was getting it every day. I'd need an hour just to shake it off in the morning (so I would have to set my alarm for work an hour earlier than normal).

 

It's an awful feeling. I hate the "startled awake" thing I get when my husband moves in bed and it scares me from my sleep.

I still have this at 12 months everyday, it is hell. I am very tired and discouraged.

The adrenaline surges stopped for me around 12 mos out. The only time I have it in the morning is if I'm faced with a stressful day such as doctor appts..

i think it's useless to check because adrenaline it surge in the morning around 4am-5am after that it decrease to normal level

so if you check  it's will be normal and can not interplete.why it's surge around that time only god know
