benadryl and vistiril question

so if i have taken benadryl and it causes mania what would vistiril do. it has been offerd to me a bunch and ive declined. thoughts

I have taken both. Benadryl kept me up all night. I'll never take it again.I took visTeril at rehab, it seemed like a placebo, I had no I'll effects..
