1 month off!

I'm so excited to see that I'm not one month off benzos! In that time I've regained so much of my life back, including just getting back from a mini vacation (where I spent four and a half hours in a car, something that wasn't possible while on K)!

 

Healing CAN happen! Don't give up no matter where you are in your withdrawals. I was incapacitated for the first two weeks and thought I would die or end up in the hospital at points, but I always kept hope that the next hour would be better (sometimes it was and sometimes it was awful, but I would convince myself that the next hour would give me relief during the worst of the acute).

 

I never would have succeeded without this BB as I truly would have thought I was going to die. Withdrawals from this is no joke and probably the hardest thing I've ever done.

I'm so happy to see your progress. It definitely helps to not overthink. When i was able to craft during the worst of my withdrawals i obviously wasn't thinking about benzos or withdrawals as I was focused on the task at hand with my craft and I would NOT FEEL the withdrawal symptoms. Also the case when I would end of too busy at work to sit and think.
