Chattering teeth?

I'm writing for my wife tonight who is back in the abyss. Today is day 69 of benzo free. Days 67 and 68 were almost very good but today w/d came back strong. We did notice today that her jaw was moving up and down and if she put her teeth close enough to each other, her teeth would chatter. We did not notice this until today. Anyone experience this? It seems to be an uncontrollable twitching of her lower jaw.

Congrats to your wife on 69 days free of poison. She should be seeing many good days ahead of her now. I haven't had jaw twitching, but I still have twitches, mostly in my eyes and mouth.

I have had exactly the symptoms that you are describing. I have the jaw twitches and teeth chattering. They used to be constant, but now I have periods where it either stops or slows down. It will get better. I promise. Just let her know that although it's freaky, it will get better and better till it's gone. The worst thing to do is worry about it.
