Yes, I waited until I was more than a year off xanax, and started a very slow citalopram taper from a high dose.  That taper, about 5% every two weeks, lasted a year or so and produced almost no symptoms.  I wish my xanax taper could have been so slow, but it wasn't.

Yes I tapered off remeron after ct from klon..I'm doing ok but my brain feels kind of loose, like it's jittery..

Yes, currently tapering off Viibryd. I didn't start it until I was about two years off of my ambien withdrawal. It has its ups and downs and has some similar sxs as benzo withdrawal but is no where near as intense. Make sure you have given your body some time to heal from the benzo withdrawal. I am at 20mg from my original 40mg dose. I haven't made any cuts since June, because my first couple of cuts were pretty big ones. I know myself well enough now to know when my body can tolerate the symptoms best. Once I feel I am in a good place, I will make another cut. Good luck!
