Phases of Antidepressant Withdrawal

Hello buddies. I see in the benzo area there's a stickie for the 4 Phases of benzo w/d.

I was wondering if there is something that correlates to AD w/d? Has anyone who has been through all the phases care to comment? Many thanks.

Hi I was on remeron 10 mos during my withdraw. My wd symptoms are insomnia , anxiety. It's not as bad as benzo wd thank god..

I am curious about this as well.  I C/T'd Citalopram 20mg/day four weeks ago, I think I may be coming out of the acute stage, but not sure how many stages there are.  I would be very curious to see what other people have been through. I was tapering Valium and am holding at 15mg/day V for a bit due to my potentially foolish move of C/T'g the SSRI.

I do know there is a delay in sx, sometimes even months. So I think it's a bit trickier, but I like to believe the other phases are a bit the same?
