Theraputid dose Vs. Abuse

I will be honest.  I'm not obtaining my pills legally.  However, I am taking no more then 4 MG a day, and if I take that it's a lot.  So my question is, will stopping be easier then a few years ago when I was taking 10-12 sticks a day?  I wound up in detox for 5 days and spent 6 weeks in hell because I was so sleep deprived and in pain after I got out of the hospital.  It has only been like a month since I relapsed.

because of something called kindling second withdrawals are sometimes more difficult than the previous one. Looks like you're still on a pretty large dose. The recommended reduction rate is no more than 10% every two weeks.
