Is a crash (sudden absence of tension) a window?

Hi, most days I have intense nervous tension, in fact unbearable tension, then all of sudden some days ( maybe once in a week) I "crash": no tension but extreme fatigue. So the question are:

1. Is this normal?

2. Are the crash days a sign of a window

Thanks!

To me crash days are just a break from the tension. After being so tense for many days I used to crash but try to sleep it off. My body I guess if I'm tense needs the rest but I'm not tense very much. I seem to be dragging more than feel tension. I used to be tense but I've learned ways to keep the tension away. Distractions are the best for me. So it's a window I guess if you sit back and enjoy the lack of tension. If not, I wouldn't personally call it a window. B
