My reasons for joining benzo buddies is for support and to read about others that have successfully recovered from benzo addiction.

 

I am currently taking clobazam  (urbanol) .

I have been taking it on and off for 2 and a half years +-.

 

I have tapered down from 20mg to 5mg.

really battling.

I am glad you found us today. Congratulations on your taper so far. You have come a long way. The recommended reduction rate is 5 to 10 percent every two weeks.

 

You might like to check out The Ashton Manual it is an authoritative source on what to expect in withdrawal and recovery.  Dr. Ashton is an expert in the field.
