Views on Epsom Salt or Diphenhydramine?

What are some experiences on using Diphenhydramine as a sleep aid and Epsom salt for relief of pain anxiety and maybe induce sleep? Any thoughts in interactions of one or both on Klonopin withdrawal?

Diphenhydramine worked well as a sleep aid for me, and I had no problems with it.

I use dr teals epsom salts and eucalyptus shower soap

 

I love the way it smells.

Diphenhydramine is a commonly used antihistamine sleep aid.  It has a very safe profile, but most folks quickly become tolerant.  Many of us have had better success with doxylamine.
