window and waves

Been almost a year since I jumped..

 

The last 4 months things have been better, but I get weeks of windows then crash into weeks of waves.

 

Though, on the windows I feel good, and then crash in the waves.. the waves are getting less intense over all.

 

But it's so disheartening after feeling good thinking you got this licked and then crashing.

 

Does anyone else get weeks of waves and windows?

Oh yes, yes, yes... my recovery certainly followed this pattern exactly.  I never had waves and windows that changed during the day like many do here, they were in blocks of weeks or months at a time.  I remember how disappointing it was when a wave would come on after I thought I was done with them.

 

The waves seem to be gone now...and I don't miss them.
