Are goosebumps common during withdrawal?

I am 29 days off of Klonopin.. I went to the mall with some friends today and whenever I get excited or anxious I experience muscle tension, lightheadedness and goosebumps. I get them almost all the time and they aren't the good kind, they're kind of bothersome actually and they get so bad that they run up from my back and arms to my head. Anyone else have this issue? When does it end?? Ugh 🙁

I do get that when I feel an emotion like, happiness or sadness.  Like when I see a movie or if a friend tells me she's going to have a baby. I call them 'warm fuzzies'. I'm thinking that, for myself, anyway, it's my feelings coming back. They've been numbed for so long, they finally have a chance to re-surface!  Who knows, I might even be able to cry soon!  :'(

I still get goose bumps too, I can get them when the AC is running. I am constantly readjusting the temp up and down. I guess it is something that goes along with this since I'm seven months out now. I hope that my temp adjusts to the right temp too.

In my taper times, that was common.

Left me 1 moth after getting off benzos.

 

I think thats gonna be better soon.
