Tight painful sunburned skin?

It's hard trying to grasp all these different symptoms. Figuring out what's w/d and what's not. So I had this pain in the side of my torso, was a tight stiff burning prickly pain. I couldn't lay down or bend over. I thought I had kidney failure or something. Got an MRI of my torso that saw no problems with my organs. Well now I have the same type of pain that goes from the back of my head into my shoulder and back then into my left arm. It's a sunburned feeling and the skin actually feels tight. Hurts to lean my head against the headrest in my car and even leaning my arm against anything burns deep. Makes me worry about heart problems. Been to the doctors, have had many tests. Do these skin and muscular symptoms sound familiar to anybody? I had a great day today, no adrenaline surges and very little pain. Now that I'm home and lounging around seems like my symptoms are ramping up. Appreciate the feedback

These are normal w/d symptoms. Areas of your skin burning,pin & needles,numbness in your hands feet and limbs and your skin feeling very tight a long with muscle,tendon and joint pain.

Time will heal these,just have patience.
