Jelly legs

The latest treat for me in this little smorgasbord of medical joy is jelly legs. Nearly five months after a cut.

 

It's just weird - no strength and even breathlessness on mild exertion.

 

Muddying the waters slightly is a sore throat virus that has left me feeling drained but that seems to be healing.

 

Sometimes it is hard to know what is benzos and what is not.

I am having that weakness in my arm & legs. It gets worse when I go out. How long will this last? Taper of 2 months, off 3 weeks now.

Hi, mine was worse a few mths ago but it is letting up now.  My arm was so bad that is was a chore to wash my hair .  Give it a little more time and it will go away.  Everything gets a little worse for me when I go out.  I personally think it is because our CNS in over stimulated.  You will start to feel better soon.  It gets easier and easier.  I know it is easier said then done but try your hardest to ignore it.  I just keep reminding myself that it will pass and it is not permanent.
