[...] Posted July 10, 2016 Share Posted July 10, 2016 when i eat carbs like potatochips, my belly swells massiv and becomes heavy/weighty, also my upper legs. It's like i have immediately cement blocks on my body and all my muscles especially my legs a very weak. it makes walking hard. I must lay down in bed. The next day i have it also. today i wanted to stay up from a chair, but the weight was so strong it was nearly impossible to stand up. The swelling last about 2-3 days after eating carbs like chips, then it normalized it. I think the carbs, make water retention in the belly and upper legs. So, wo have this problem also?
