[Bi...]
I lay down most of the time if I'm not pacing trying to catch my breath because when I get up my head feels like it had a rush of blood go to it and also have some dizziness :/ I start freaking out because my left shoulder n upper chest by collar bone sometimes stings or feels like there's pressure on it maybe it's because I'm bloated? Or my BP is elevated? It doesn't help that I'm overweight at 5"7 and weigh 130kg, but I am starting to eat healthier and make better choices Just can't go to the doctors to get it checked I have no insurance at all which is a bummer. I did wake up feeling alright but when I started getting around my ears and nose plugged up my face was flushed red small pressure back of head and got clammy on my forehead started pacing heavy and constantly trying to get an breath sensation with small head fog also noticed I'm starting to get light sensitive :/ is anyone going through this right now or can give me advice to cope with this

[Da...]
Hi Bigbuddha90, I know exactly how you feel I had the same thing. you know it sux in the US that if you don't have insurance you cannot see a doctor without having to pay. People with no insurance cannot get any healthcare

I'm so sorry you are struggling hun! Please know that all the sxs you are experiencing is VERY common, I too had everyone of them. I still do occasionally but nothing as intense now as it was. It WILL get better as more time passes for you. I use a wet wash cloth to wipe over my face (it helps with anxiety...and it distracts me from thinking about it). Be gentle with yourself. Try the 4-7-8 breathing. Breath in thru your nose until the count of 4, hold for 7 and exhale thru your mouth until the count of 8. Also, I keep an ice pack with me at all times (just holding it in my hand helps to distract me. Please know that you aren't alone in your journey, and it WILL get better in time! Adding too many things to the recovery may have caused an increase in sxs. Thinking out loud here. Hope yiu calm down and feel better. The 4-7-8 breathing can be very calming. [Bi...]
Ok I'm very confused now I was just told I could have fluid on my ears caused by some allergic reaction because when I lay down the popping and what not is still present just not the clogged ears and even when I swallow my ears pop on the inside and I just tried doing a technique and closed my nose and breathed out with my lips closed as if I'm blowing a balloon just not as forceful and I got a very dizzy rush. So just to give myself peace of mind I might schedule a doctors appointment to just get it checked if I can come up with the 80$, I hope that's what it is atleast. [Be...]
Peace of mind in getting checked out may be worth $80. If you go, get your money's worth and ask away.
