Is it normal for physical symptoms to go away and return weeks later?

[Er...]

I've had shakiness in the past but not for a while. Then all of a sudden today I'm shaking like you would be if you were very hungry but I'm not hungry. It hasn't happened in a long time. Is it normal for symptoms to go away only to reappear weeks or months later. I'm still not 100% so always have at least a few things going on. Thanks!

Yes, I have had some symptoms come back recently(9th month) that I haven't seen since my 3rd month. Also getting more frequent changes between waves and windows.

Quite normal. My shaky leg and weakness tend to come and go after several weeks absent. :) I am trying to mark it as "unfit" rather than a wave. This is the fact that you are healing and will get better.

I think it's normal.  My tinnitus is random..comes and goes.  I won't have it for weeks, and then it just pops up out of left field! What a journey!  :o
