[Bl...]
I'm 8 months off and my stomach issues have been fine after the benzo belly. Sometimes my stomach would get upset and then it would pass. Ever since I got a Kidney Stone and went into surgery during withdrawal, my stomach is upset again. I'm eating a lot of banana's and drinking ginger tea. I'm trying to eat as clean and light as possible. What are some good foods that I can eat so this passes again. My niece is here right now and she doesn't know anything about my withdrawal. She's only eight years old and she's not going to understand what I'm going through. I've been distracting myself as much as possible and trying to stay relaxed as much as possible so this doesn't get any worse. I'd love to hear feedback on this please. Thank you. As far my other symptoms go, I tend to try to ignore them as much as I can even though it's hard sometimes. Including the depression. I usually listen to a lot of ambient music and meditation music at night and it helps me sleep. My sleeping has improved a bit, I usually wake up around 7 AM in the morning and I still feel tired as I wake up. My stomach issues is my only biggest concern right now. You are in my thoughts and prayers Kim Thank you so much Kim! To be honest with you Kim, through out this withdrawal I started praying and reading the bible. Thank you so much for praying for me. I appreciate it so much. I do respect what other people believe in though and I won't judge anyone for what that they believe in.
