Hangovers, from other Meds? New sx at just over 5 weeks

As time goes on I am beginning to have a different reaction to some medications.  I take some pretty strong pain killers when I work and definitely afterwords.  But as time goes on I feel that I am getting a strange hangover like the next morning.  Not the hangover one would associate with too much alcohol, just a bad feeling.  Not to be confused with the toxic mornings either.  They work fine on the pain, but even the sensation opiates normally give me is different. 

 

Am I still adjusting to different medications??

When I was taking opiates and Xanax I felt tired every morning and would have to take more opiates to give me energy. I felt when I first took them for the first 90 minutes I would feel energetic and then after that they would start weighing me down. So they definitely gave me a kind of hangover affect.
